Diagnostics
We examine the growths with a dermatoscope and a special camera and check for contraindications. If we remove them on the same visit, diagnostics are free.

Radiofrequency method: precise high-frequency coagulation
We remove papillomas, warts, moles, keratomas, xanthelasma and spider veins. No scalpel, no stitches, no injections: we use an anaesthetic cream. Before removal, a specialist checks each growth with a dermatoscope.
We remove growths with the IMPULSE 100 device in precise high-frequency coagulation mode, a radiofrequency method. The discharge works on target: it removes the growth and seals small vessels at the same moment. You have no bleeding, no incision and no stitches, and the skin around the growth stays almost untouched.
We remove papillomas, warts, naevi (moles), keratomas, xanthelasma, spider veins, haemangiomas, angiomas and small lipomas. Before removal, a specialist examines each growth with a dermatoscope and a special camera. If a growth raises doubts, we will not remove it and will ask you to see an oncologist.
We examine the growths with a dermatoscope and a special camera and check for contraindications. If we remove them on the same visit, diagnostics are free.
We apply an anaesthetic cream every time, unless you are allergic to it. The number of growths per visit depends on how many there are, their size and type, with a limit of 25–30.
A small crust forms where the growth was and falls off by itself in 5–10 days. The specialist explains how to care for the spot so the skin heals clean.
| Criterion | TO BE | Other methods |
|---|---|---|
| Method | Precise high-frequency coagulation on IMPULSE 100, a radiofrequency method | Liquid nitrogen freezes the growth, a laser vaporises it, a scalpel cuts it out |
| Pain relief | Anaesthetic cream, no injections and no general anaesthesia | Scalpel removal needs a local anaesthetic injection |
| Incision and stitches | No incision, no stitches. No bleeding: the device seals vessels at once | Scalpel removal means an incision and stitches |
| Healing | A crust for 5–10 days that falls off by itself | After cryotherapy a blister can form, and healing takes longer |
| Visits | One visit in most cases, up to 25–30 growths | Cryotherapy often needs several sessions |
| Histology | We do not send tissue for histology. A doubtful growth goes to an oncologist | After scalpel removal, the doctor can send the tissue for histology |
A crust forms where the growth was and falls off by itself in 5–10 days. If you follow the aftercare advice, in most cases no mark remains. Sometimes a patch of pigmentation stays for a while. It is not a scar, and it fades with time.
For the first 24 hours, keep the spot dry, leave the crust alone and protect the skin with SPF 50+ until the colour evens out. Avoid saunas, baths, pools and tanning for 1–2 weeks.

Each method has its own indications. We remove growths with precise high-frequency coagulation on IMPULSE 100: no incision, no stitches, the device seals vessels at once and leaves the skin around almost untouched. Cryotherapy often takes several sessions, and a scalpel leaves stitches.
Before removal, we apply an anaesthetic cream every time, unless you are allergic to it. You get no anaesthetic injections and no general anaesthesia.
If you follow the aftercare advice, in most cases no mark remains. Sometimes a patch of pigmentation stays for a while. It is not a scar. SPF 50+ helps it fade faster.
The crust falls off by itself in 5–10 days. The time depends on the size of the growth. Please do not pick it off.
For the first 24 hours, keep the spot dry, do not pick the crust and avoid scrubs and alcohol-based products. For 1–2 weeks, skip saunas, baths, pools and tanning. Use SPF 50+ until the skin colour evens out.
We decide case by case: it depends on how many growths you have, their size and type, moles or papillomas. The limit is 25–30 per visit.
